The Wharton Leadership Forum on Equity

The Wharton Leadership Forum on Equity (FoE) is the premier global convening on equity and business. This year’s theme is ‘Equity Defined’. The path to achieving equity is often nuanced, intentional, and ongoing without a clear blueprint, therefore we will explore equity-focused approaches, innovative leadership practices, and data-driven research that can be used to transform individual development, businesses, institutions, and communities. The FoE program of events will include panels, speakers, and masterclass courses from preeminent business leaders and Wharton faculty that enhance knowledge and understanding of these critical topics through a holistic and intersectional lens.
